How do I track my order?

Your tracking number will be emailed to you when your order is being dispatched. Please allow a couple of hours as sometimes orders are not scanned straight away.

 What are your payment methods? 

We accept payments through PayPal, PayMongo or via BPI Bank Transfer. Details will be given to you upon checkout. 

Are your garments true to size?

We have a size guide on every product page to help you find your perfect size. We also give a description of fit in the product page, so you can check if an item runs big or small, or has any adjustable features. 

*Our size guide serves as a general guideline for helping you find the best size for you. However, the fit may differ depending on the style/material of each garment.

How do I care for my Bea's Closet items?
We recommend hand washing your Bea's Closet garments in cold/lukewarm water with mild detergent. Line dry your garments or place it flat on a drying rack.

Can I cancel/change my order?
Unfortunately, once an order has been confirmed you cannot make any changes. 

Where do you ship to? 
We ship Nationwide.

Which courier do you use?
We use JRS Express for all our orders. 

How long does shipping take?
Shipping to Metro Manila and other provinces may take 3-5 days. All shipments will be coming from Bacolod City, Negros Occidental. 
*Bea's Closet is not responsible for lost packages, delays or damages during transit. Once package leaves our hands it is completely out of our control.

Do you have a physical store?
No, we do not but we do have our new HQ located at B5 Yusay Apartments 23rd st., Bacolod City. We do not accept walk-ins.
