Returns & Exchanges
Bea's Closet makes every effort to ensure that each piece sent out for delivery is in good condition therefore we do not accept returns/refunds. However, we may allow the following exceptions listed below.
PLEASE ENSURE THAT ALL ITEMS FOR RETURN/EXCHANGE ARE PACKED PROPERLY TO AVOID DAMAGE DURING TRANSIT.
*Bea's Closet does not accept returns/exchange on items damaged by general wear and tear.
Exceptions for Return
Damaged items upon arrival are eligible for return. Please contact us within 48 hours so we can evaluate the issue. We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Please note that your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn/unwashed, with tags, and free from makeup. Please note that shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
*For in-store returns you will need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you may contact us at email@example.com or send us a dm via instagram.com/shop.beascloset. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Please note that shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exceptions for Exchange
We will only accept exchanges if the item received is the wrong item/wrong size. We will only allow exchanges of the same style in a different color/size depending on availability. We have a 7-day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.
Please note that your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn/unwashed, with tags, and free from makeup. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. All shipping costs should be shouldered by the buyer.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
